Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

 

Returns
• You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
• Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in good condition.
• Custom or personalized items can’t be returned.

 

How to return
• Email support@purepedal.bike with your order number and details.
• We’ll reply within 2 business days with instructions.

 

Return costs
• If the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item, we’ll cover the return.
• If you simply change your mind, the return shipping is your responsibility.

 

Refunds
• Once your return is received and checked, we’ll issue a refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs from the original order are not refunded (unless it was our mistake).

 

Exchanges
• You can exchange for the same product.
• If the replacement costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
• If it costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference before we ship.
